Hello, I’m Mirna, I am a Christian from Australia, with an Assyrian background, living in a quiet suburb in Greece with my Husband. We belong to the Assyrian Church of the East.
I’ve always enjoyed art, but it wasn’t until later in life that I realised it. I started with lettering and calligraphy, and while I wasn’t very good at it, after a lot of practice and mistakes, I began to grow and increase my love for it, and I now incorporate illustrations & typography with my designs. Each day, I continue to learn new techniques and designs, which I thoroughly enjoy.
Because I believe it is our responsibility as Christians to share the Word of God whenever we have the opportunity, whether, through our gifts, skills, or actions, I began to connect my faith with my art, and that’s when Letters Draw Near was created.
